The development group CRESTYL is a market leader in creating mixed-use projects – residential, retail and office developments that come together to form a perfectly functioning and vibrant whole. Since 2023, the Polish developer Spravia has been part of the CRESTYL group. A key part of the Rohan area is the DOCK by Crestyl complex, developed on the site of a former port at the boundary of Karlín and Libeň. Today, DOCK is home to more than 50 companies and hundreds of residents who benefit from a unique combination of modern architecture, the river and surrounding nature.

Discover the diversity of Rohanský ostrov from the surface of the Vltava River. From the boat, you will explore the DOCK complex and its residential buildings, pass the fishermen’s colony and experience the strength and speed of the river. The route continues around Rohanský ostrov towards Štvanice and back again. The boat departs from the DOCK marina.
The DOCK complex uniquely connects office buildings with residential spaces, public areas, the river, and surrounding parks. Architects from the studio Schindler Seko Architekti will introduce the entire complex and explain the functions of its individual parts. The tour starts at Kolkovna DOCK.
Come and experience the energy of the DOCK complex and its community. Take a seat in one of the outdoor garden spaces and forget you are in the middle of the city… just drift away.

Discover Rohanský ostrov in depth during a running session led by Martin Dvořák.
