mars architects views architecture as a tool for transforming spaces and communities. We see space as a strategic resource that enables the creation of unique identities and supports new forms of building use. We work flexibly, in close partnership with our clients, designing solutions rooted in the context of place and open to both current and future needs. We specialise in brownfield revitalisation and the conversion of industrial buildings, giving them new functions while preserving their authentic character. As our key case study, we present the Mlýn Boršov project, which demonstrates the sensitive transformation of a historic structure into a contemporary form with new purpose.
